Thank you very much for your interest in HANACREW boards. We are very proud of our boards, therefore we promise to deliver the best quality in the market. First of all, let us bring you few important issues about our warranty policy.
1. HC boards are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the purchase.
2. All warranty claims must be submitted by the shop where the equipment was purchased.
3. Warranties and Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by impact, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper storage or anything else other than major defects in original materials or workmanship.
4. VERY IMPORTANT:
HC boards are one of the strongest boards in the market, but still they are not indestructible. Kite-looping has become popular in the sport of kiteboarding this is why we can see more boards broken from any manufacture. You have to remember that high impact is very hard on the boards and the warranty will not cover jumps from high impact. So make sure to bail out when you think you are dropping like a bomb.
